Plum's Christmas opening hours

Please note that our office, including our Support Desk, will be closed on Friday 14th December from 2pm.
Plum will stay open during the holiday period (except for Bank Holidays) but there will be limited Plum staff available on 27th, 28th and 31st December, 09:00 - 17:00.

The major upgrade to plumsoftware has launched!

2018 saw the whole Plum team focused on upgrading the software into the Microsoft Dynamics Platform. This will provide many new and improved features and benefits for our clients.

The new features will expand the capabilities of plumsoftware to handle end to end practice management from lead handling, right through the Advice Process to customised reporting and MI.

plumsoftware has moved from a back office administration system to a fully fledged CRM and advice support software suitable for all types of users across your business. Because it is a Microsoft product it displays with icons you are all familiar with and it fully integrates into the Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Sharepoint. The Cloud provides full mobility across all your devices wherever you are.

We are in the process of installing the upgrade on the first 6 client sites and indeed, 3 of those have gone live and are up and running with it already.

Over 2019 we will release the
next phase of enhancements to the software which includes expansion of the Investor and 'Engage' Portals, allowing you to provide a better digital experience for your customers both in terms of input and access to their investment information. This will include a secure document portal managed through Sharepoint.
