Plum's Christmas opening hours

Please note that our office, including our Support Desk, will be closed on Friday 15th December from 2pm.

Plum will stay open during the holiday period (except for Bank Holidays) but there will be limited Plum staff available from 27th to 29th December, 09:00 - 17:00.

Our new number

Our phone number has changed and you can start using it right now. Please be aware that the old numbers will be withdrawn on 1st January 2018, so make sure you have changed all your stored and bookmarked numbers for Plum before then.

During 2017, the team at Plum made improvements and upgrades to several key areas in response to your requests and feedback. Here are some of the highlights.

Simplify your business processes with Plum's Tracks

A major benefit of the Plum system is the ability to set up a work flow to track all business and compliance processes. Plum calls these “Tracks”. They can include many every-day tasks and shared tasks.

You may have thought we were a bit quiet in Coventry this year. We’ve been busy leveraging expertise from other teams in the Praemium group of companies putting together some innovative ideas to bring to you. Shhh! It’s a secret right now but very soon we will have lots to share with you and we know you’ll like it.

We haven’t been idle on MIFID II or GDPR either. After asking around we decided that until MIFID II gets here you won’t know what you need most, so we’ve reviewed the changes and briefed the team who have ideas on what we could do, but why don’t you give your account manager a call on 0203 873 5566 and tell him what you think you need then we can make sure we are putting our effort into development that really helps you.
